Quick add by PSA cert #
Type the cert number and click Open PSA & paste. It opens the PSA page in a new tab — copy the contents there (⌘A → ⌘C) and paste them into the box below. Takes ~10 seconds end to end.

Add merchandise (non-card item)
For bobbleheads, jerseys, signed balls, photos, SHOCardsLA branded merch — anything that isn't a graded card. Skips the PSA lookup and opens a blank form for you to fill in by hand.
Add cards
Front is the main display image. Back shows alongside the front in the public card lightbox. Tip: PSA auto-fetch usually fills both when available.
🔒 Private notes (admin only) — acquisition price, source, etc.
🔒 None of this is ever shown on the public inventory — it's read only by the admin tools.
Bulk import by PSA cert # ✨
Paste cert numbers (one per line, or comma-separated). Auto-fetches each from PSA's API, up to 50 per session (auto-chunked into batches of 8). PSA free tier is 100/day.
