What we keep
We deliberately keep your footprint small. The only things we store about you are:
- Your name (from your account)
- Your username / display name (what other members see)
- Your email address (for sign-in and game reminders — never shown publicly, never sold, never shared)
- Anything you choose to add to your public profile (bio, hobbies, favorite cards, avatar) — all optional
- Your forum posts, SHO-BETS picks, and messages
We do not collect or store: phone numbers, home addresses, payment info, government IDs, dates of birth, or any other personal identifiers. We don't run ad trackers and we don't sell data.
How we protect it
- The whole site runs on HTTPS only
- Sign-in is handled by Netlify Identity (industry-standard JWT auth) — we never see or store your password
- Strict security headers (CSP, HSTS, frame-ancestors) defend against common web attacks
- Admin actions require an admin JWT verified on every request
